As you can see in the post below which was shared by
Hananya Naftali, young Iranian woman Marzieh Ebrahim was attacked with acid after daring to rebel against the forced hijab in Iran.
Her attackers have never been persecuted by the authorities, because in Iran women who do not wear a veil are responsible for their fate, even if they are raped they will be considered the criminal.
Under Sharia law in the Islamic Republic of Iran, Women are not allowed to sing, dance, ride bikes or even remove the veil in public. No one in Iran is allowed to leave Islam.
Iran's "Islamic Penal Code" codifies the death penalty for any Iranian who leaves the religion of Islam.
This is why a woman who removes the veil can be sentenced to life in prison or even face the death penalty.
The hijab in Iran symbolizes the Islamic oppression of women under Sharia law.

In 2014, attackers threw acid on her face for not properly covering her hair with #Hijab. Till this day, her attackers are free men, but women who dared to speak out have found themselves in prison.
Let's speak out for their sake! pic.twitter.com/CHpeOEezza
